The  jewelry laser spot welder, developed by Riselaser, is specifically designed for laser welding applications in jewelry. It is primarily used for perforating and spot welding of gold and silver jewelry. Laser spot welding is a crucial component of laser technology applications. In this process, thermal conduction plays a significant role: laser radiation heats the surface of the workpiece, and this heat diffuses into the interior through thermal conduction. By controlling parameters such as laser-pulse width, energy, peak power, and repetition frequency, the workpiece melts to form a specific molten pool. Due to its unique advantages, laser spot welding is widely employed in the manufacturing processes of gold and silver jewelry, as well as in welding miniaturized and small parts.

A: If you work within 8 hours a day, the life of the xenon lamp is about 6-8 months. If it exceeds 8 hours, it is recommended to replace it every 3-4 months. Even if there is no power drop, it is recommended to update at least once a year.
